In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Employee Experience
Lead engagement culture and communication initiatives.
Manage surveys onboarding and mentoring programs.
Promote recognition learning and feedback systems.
Align with global Employee Value Proposition initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
HR & Leadership Planning
Support HR strategy and operating rhythm.
Design agendas and content for leadership meetings.
Facilitate workshops and create impactful materials.
Communication
Define and optimize communication strategies.
Standardize templates and enable HR messaging.
Create social media and branding content.
Measure effectiveness and ensure engaging aligned communication.

For This Role You Will Need:
University degree or equivalent experience
Experience operating across multiple geographies stakeholders cultures and teams
Proven experience building relationships and communicating with all audiences
Experience leading events and training programs from development to delivery in collaboration with key partners
Proficiency in English and local language
Willingness to travel
