Job Title: Senior childrens Residential Support Worker
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: Up to36000 OTE (dependent upon experience)

Job Description:

What will your responsibilities be

• Lead and supervise shifts ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide direct care and emotional support to children and young people.
• Act as a role model promoting positive behaviors and independence.
• Support staff through guidance mentoring and on-the-job training.
• Assist with care planning risk assessments and record-keeping.
• Respond to challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with external professionals and agencies.

Qualifications & Experience: why Liquid Personnel

To be successful in this role you must have

• Previous experience in residential childcare (minimum 12 years).
• NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent (essential).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts including evenings weekends and sleep-ins.
