Job Summary
As a Senior Finance Administrator at Frasers Group you will be working as part of our busy Finance function. Resolving customer account queries collecting outstanding third-party debt quickly and efficiently. Alongside this you will:
- Assisting with Barclays Banking including daytoday management of role profiles system users and bank account access
- Managing the daily upkeep of customer information linked to the invoicing system
- Supporting the finance admin team to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Supporting audits and providing requested documentation
- Assisting in the preparation of management information and reports
- Assisting and supporting the admin team with Finance purchase orders and budget processes
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
- Previous experience supervising staff is preferred but not essential
- AAT (or similar) qualification
- Strong Excel and finance system knowledge
