Job Summary
Inside Sales Call Center Representative - Phoenix Center
Shift - 1:00pm - 10:00pm Sundays plus a day during week off ( must be available Saturdays)
Top Earners $100K (Base Unlimited Commission)
Turn conversations into life-changing consultations! As aBrand Ambassador and Concierge youll answer calls to connect with new leads build trust and schedule in-person consultations with our Hair Loss Specialists helping people take the first step toward confidence.
What Youll Do:
- Deliver a luxury white glove consultative experience every time
- High volume of warm inbound and outbound interactions via phone chat text & email
- Engage prospects to schedule in-person hair health consultations with a Specialist
- Proactively encourage going to consultation with a confirmation call reinforcing value
- Reconnect with prospects who do not go to consultation or abandoned scheduling
- Track all activity in Salesforce
What You Bring:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- 3 years in consultative sales luxury service (call center or hospitality)
- Proven success in high-touch client engagement and relationship development
- Strong communication emotional intelligence and follow-through
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and perform under time constraints
- Self-motivated committed to development and driven by performance excellence
- Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
- Client confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (1pm10pm shift) with Sundays off
- Must be able to report to Phoenix Center - no remote work
