International Digital Services (IDS) is a strategic and pivotal unit contributing to the Groups transformation vision by providing leadership in new and breakthrough strategies and development of new and emerging business and operating models. As a business unit it is focused on adjacent to Telco opportunities continuously innovating to harness scale and synergies across the Group to deliver quality solutions to telcos and enterprises regionally and internationally. Beyond business IDS champions an agile and streamlined operating model while serves as a launchpad for talent development.

Telco Cloud & ICT Solutions

The Telco Cloud & ICT Solutions vertical is a key contributor to the IDS business and aims market breakthrough for SME Digitalization with a robust Cloud platform intelligent solutions marketplace and serving a vibrant SME community for the region. Reporting to Associate Director this is a key sales role supporting our new business.

The Channel Sales Manager positionis a dynamic customer-facing role responsible for driving the full customer lifecycle from discovery and engagement and deal closure to onboarding and post-sales success. This individual combines deep product expertise sales acumen and customer-centric thinking to deliver outstanding customer experiences exceed sales targets and build long-term client relationships.

  • Prospecting SMB clients Pipeline via various sales channel
  • Sales leads management
  • Realization of Channel Sales targets
  • Channel Sales Partner acquisition and framework management
  • Ensuring consistent quality and compliance of Channel Sales Partners
  • Channel Sales Partner conflict management & resolution
  • Incentives/ commission distribution to Channel Sales Partners
  • Customer onboarding and up/ cross-selling

Skills for Success

  • Degree in Business Admin or relevant
  • At least 5 years of experience in product sales pre-sales or customer-facing role with a track record of delivering results.
  • Managing Channels partners and relationships
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle including proposals demos onboarding and follow-up.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Fluent in spoken Mandarin as the role requires this individual to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients/stakeholders
