Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR operational support to executive staff including administrative duties on staff movement and handling staff inquiries
- Support the daily operations of various corporate employee benefit programs and annual HR exercises like pay review budgeting and performance appraisals
- Compile statistical reports data analysis and market/industry research to support management decision-making
- Maintain a systematic filing system and properly handle confidential information & materials
- Assist in ad hoc projects as and when required
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- Preferably 2 years relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge of HR-related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment-related ordinances and regulations
- Meticulous team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented and be sensible in handling confidential information
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in MS tools with hands-on experience in Peoplesoft
