Job Summary

Chloeta is seeking a GIS Analyst IV to provide senior-level GIS expertise project leadership dashboard and application development data management oversight metadata governance and mapping support. This role also serves as the project lead interfacing between contractor management and federal leadership.

Job Classification: Permanent; Full-Time

Duty Station: Oklahoma City OK

Travel:Up to 10% contingent on business needs.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Serve as the project manager and liaison between contractor leadership and the COR coordinating tasking and reporting.

  • Use advanced cartographic and spatial analysis techniques to meet stakeholder requirements.

  • Develop dashboards applications and web tools supporting leadership missions and program initiatives.

  • Write scripts to support geospatial workflows and assist in parcel fabric processes and workflows.

  • Produce FGDC-compliant metadata and ensure conformity to data standards for all new spatial datasets.

  • Help manage internal and external portals and open data sites; ensure correct publishing workflows and user-friendly organizations.

  • Establish mapping and application templates to maintain consistency and design standards.

  • Document procedures and develop SOPs to support knowledge transfer and data consistency.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Expertise in metadata standards open data management and portal administration.

  • Strong project management background supporting federal geospatial programs.

  • Advanced GIS skills including dashboard development cartographic design and application configuration.

Education and Experience

  • : Bachelors degree in GIS/Geography or related field

  • : At least Eight (8) to Ten (10) years of progressive GIS experience

  • Preferred: Masters degree in GIS/Geography or related field

  • Preferred: Advanced Esri certifications (e.g. Esri Desktop Professional Enterprise System Design) are considered beneficial.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones etc.
