豚用ワクチン医薬品などに関するプロモーション学術用法の提供など養豚生産者へのコンサルテーション担当エリアにおける販売予算の達成市場情報を収集し事業部方針に基づき担当テリトリーの販売戦略を立案対面またはリモートで顧客を訪問し自社製品のプロモーションを図るコンサルタント獣医の協力を仰ぎ農場訪問やテクニカルセミナーを開催リベートなどのインセンティブを活用して特約店と連携する

求められる要件

１コミュニケーション能力営業として顧客特約店獣医など様々な関係者とのやり取りがあるため高い対人能力ﾌﾟﾚｾﾞﾝﾃｰｼｮﾝｽｷﾙが求められる

２営業スキル基礎セリングなどの営業スキル計画的な訪問や各種ツールの使用により効率的に営業活動ができる方

３養豚業知識単に製品を販売するだけでなく農場へのコンサルテーションが出来る営業を志向しており例養豚場換気ｼｽﾃﾑ提案養豚業或いはその他畜産業の知識に明るい方が望ましい

４ITスキルExcelWordPowerPointOutlookTeamsなどの基礎的なｱﾌﾟﾘｹｰｼｮﾝｽｷﾙ

５遵法意識社内のコンプライアンスルール薬機法などの法令を遵守できる方

獣医師国家資格畜産学科学位HACCP/JGAP審査員資格英語力があれば望ましい
