Dispatcher - Transportation & Logistics (Temp-to-Hire)

Cerritos CA $18-$20/hr Full-Time Onsite (Mon-Fri)

What Youll Do

* Keep the wheels turning by assigning and dispatching drivers to daily routes
* Communicate with drivers (in Spanish English) to give updates and special instructions
* Monitor progress through dispatch systems and GPS stepping in to troubleshoot issues
* Partner with customer service billing and safety teams to keep operations seamless
* Maintain accurate records of driver logs schedules and reports

What Were Looking For

* 1-2 years of dispatching or transportation/logistics coordination experience preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Access a plus)
* Spanish fluency required (majority of drivers are Spanish-speaking)
* Strong multitasker who can stay cool under pressure and problem-solve quickly
* Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
