JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ERP Systems Administrator is responsible for managing the configuration business-driven changes and support for PHMCs ERP platform. This includes driving the development of solutions ensuring accuracy quality and data integrity. The role requires a strong view of PHMCs change management process to ensure the delivery of tangible results and innovation to PHMCs business community. PHMC has moved to an integrated ERP platform and is consolidating many other ERP applications to this platform for enterprise business use.
This role also requires the ability to partner and maintain relationships with key business personnel. This specialist will work to understand existing processes with business units to create opportunities for process improvements through systems integration and other means in support of the healthcare operation.
The key goal of this role is to ensure the flawless operation of ERP systems and supported integrations. This requires continued development of the technical skill set in the areas of integration and development as part of a core systems administration skill set. This role will work with application developers business analysts as well as database network and systems administrators as required to meet business requirements. This role participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required by IT management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration and oversight for Enterprise Resource Planning application ensuring consistency in setup architecture information flow and access control across Oracle Cloud Applications.
Manage and administer Oracle Cloud Applications configurations throughout the implementation and support lifecycles ensuring that changes are well-documented and controlled.
Oversee the management of application instance configurations and enterprise applications ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Develop maintain and ensure the accuracy of application documentation including configuration details policies procedures and user guides.
Coordinate with internal teams third-party vendors and Oracle to manage and communicate maintenance schedules system refreshes and any planned or unplanned outages.
Develop and maintain KPIs Metrics Reports and Dashboards to monitor service health patching statuses critical updates and system downtimes.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across applications by overseeing data imports deduplication processes and enforcing data hygiene best practices.
Design and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and key performance metrics to various stakeholders.
Develop and implement automated processes and workflows to optimize business operations improve productivity and reduce manual intervention.
Act as the primary point of contact for all issues related to Oracle Cloud Applications instance configurations ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime.
Conduct training sessions for users on Oracle Cloud Applications emphasizing new features best practices and efficient use of the system. Provide ongoing support to address user queries and technical issues.
Manage the process of applying updates and upgrades to Oracle Cloud Applications ensuring minimal disruption and compatibility with existing configurations.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues system errors and performance problems to ensure seamless operation of the ERP system.
Continuously assess and improve financial and operational processes within the ERP system to enhance efficiency accuracy and effectiveness.
Maintain a strong focus on data security SOX compliance and organizational policies implementing appropriate security measures and monitoring for compliance.
Ensure that all Oracle configurations processes and procedures are thoroughly documented up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand their needs translating them into actionable system configurations and improvements.
Keep abreast of the latest trends features and best practices in Oracle Cloud Applications applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in the use of the platform.
Work with business representatives to understand workflow processes in all business units.
Work with other IT teams to develop and maintain standard procedures and measures including SLAs for uptime and other key performance indicators.
Work with infrastructure teams to maintain all system configuration and adherence to PHMC security policies.
Manage vendor relationships including the scheduling and testing of system updates maintenance releases and upgrades.
Coordinate and oversee internal user acceptance testing of changes and updates.
Work with vendor and IT team members to develop and maintain and test integration processes to and from Oracle Cloud Applications
Consult with end users regarding problems in accessing electronic content.
Monitor regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and document management laws.
SKILLS:
Knowledge of quality and compliance practices associated with ERP and HCM processes.

EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of experience administering ERP systems in a multi-specialty healthcare environment required.
3-5 years of database administration background preferred.
3 years of experience with SQL Server (2008 current versions) preferred.
5 years of experience in general business principles and practices.
3 years of experience in technology business process and workflow identification.
Integration experience required for SQL systems and multiple other application platforms
Advanced knowledge of compliance and other business regulations.
Experience with JIRA Service Desk Plus and other PSA platforms.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field experience and education in ERP principles are also preferred.
Additional qualifying experience may substitute for up to two years of the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis or any combination of experience and training that provides the applicant with the knowledge
