Job Summary
We are seeking a Communications Representative who will support our brand messaging efforts manage internal and external communications and ensure our clients voices are expressed with precision and impact. This role involves contributing to communication plans assisting with content development coordinating outreach initiatives and serving as a reliable point of contact across multiple communication channels.
You will collaborate closely with our communications and branding teams to deliver consistent high-quality narratives that reflect each clients vision and elevate their public presence.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies for clients and internal projects.
Prepare clear and well-structured written materials including statements summaries briefing notes and outreach messages.
Support media outreach efforts and maintain communication logs and documentation.
Coordinate internal communication updates and ensure information flows smoothly across teams.
Conduct research to support communication initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain a strong consistent communication style aligned with each clients identity and objectives.
Participate in planning sessions and provide input that strengthens overall communication effectiveness.
Qualifications :
