Job Summary
About the Role
Accor is seeking a dynamic Development Director Luxury Brands Asia to drive the growth of our luxury hotel portfolio. This role is pivotal in sourcing negotiating and finalizing development projects for our luxury hotel brands across various contract types (management franchise residential) and project formats (hotels resorts extended stay branded residences mixed-use).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential development opportunities for Accor luxury hotel brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners developers and consultants.
- Lead deal-making processes including opportunity evaluation pitch development and contract negotiation.
- Stay informed on market conditions competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal finance operations brand technical services) to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Degree in Business Hospitality Finance Real Estate or related field.
- Significant experience in hospitality development and market analysis.
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting management agreements franchise models and financial modeling.
- Exceptional negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and multicultural awareness.
