Job Summary

Were looking for a dynamic People & Culture leader who is passionate about creating an inspiring highperformance environment where our teams can truly this role you will champion fair and positive employee relations support leaders in making great people decisions and help build a culture where every colleague feels valued informed and connected to our vision.

Youll elevate engagement across the hotel through transparent communication creative cultural initiatives and impactful action planning. Youll hire talent that embodies the Rixos spirit ensure an exceptional onboarding experience and promote our brand as an employer of choice.

Youll also drive learning development and performance growthensuring our teams have the skills tools and opportunities they need to excel. With a strong focus on compensation integrity training compliance talent reviews and key P&C metrics youll be a trusted advisor and a key partner to the leadership team.

Beyond the daytoday youll shape memorable employee experiencesfrom housing and transportation standards to events CSR recognition and internal storytelling. And with a solid understanding of budgets payroll planning and labour legislation youll make confident decisions that balance people and business needs.

    Qualifications :

    • Pre-opening experience
    • Educated to bachelors degree level or beyond most likely within a business or human resources management related discipline or experience equivalent.
    • Prior experience as a Department Head in a large fast paced organisation.
    • Fluency in verbal and written English is essential
    • Extensive experience in Thailand ideally Phuket
    • Ideally CIPD qualified to level 7.
    • 5 years prior experience as a Director People & Culture in a-like property
    • Must be a highly capable user of Microsoft office programmes including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Previous working experience in a truly global work environment is essential.
