About The Role

The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities building and managing strategic relationships and executing initiatives that support long-term revenue expansion. This role suits a proactive results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

What You Will Do

  • Identify research and evaluate new market opportunities customer segments and potential partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen the companys market presence and competitiveness.
  • Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Generate qualify and nurture leads through networking industry events digital channels and targeted outreach.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals presentations and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and support long-term account growth.
  • Oversee the onboarding and transition of new clients accounts or partnerships.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong understanding of crypto OTC markets including pricing spreads liquidity slippage settlement and counterparty risk.
  • Solid knowledge of digital assets blockchain fundamentals tokens stablecoins and market structure.
  • Experience with KYC/AML processes compliance requirements and institutional client onboarding.
  • Familiarity with banking services fiat on/off-ramps virtual accounts and crypto payment rails.
  • A collaborative results-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
