About The Role
The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities building and managing strategic relationships and executing initiatives that support long-term revenue expansion. What You Will Do
- Identify research and evaluate new market opportunities customer segments and potential partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen the companys market presence and competitiveness.
- Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to inform business strategy and decision-making.
- Generate qualify and nurture leads through networking industry events digital channels and targeted outreach.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals presentations and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and support long-term account growth.
- Oversee the onboarding and transition of new clients accounts or partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of crypto OTC markets including pricing spreads liquidity slippage settlement and counterparty risk.
- Solid knowledge of digital assets blockchain fundamentals tokens stablecoins and market structure.
- Experience with KYC/AML processes compliance requirements and institutional client onboarding.
- Familiarity with banking services fiat on/off-ramps virtual accounts and crypto payment rails.
- A collaborative results-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
