Role Description

Role Description:
As a Senior Technical Lead - Automation - Functional Testing at Incedo you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases and scripts to ensure the functionality of software products and applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation functional testing solutions using tools such as Selenium and Appium.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Configure and deploy automation functional testing solutions and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Develop and maintain documentation including user guides and training materials.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment promoting open communication and teamwork.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:

Proficient in Automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
Experience with Test Automation frameworks and best practices
Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies
Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
Provide guidance support and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.

Qualifications

Qualifications

8-10 years of work experience in relevant field
or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
