JOB DETAILS
Hiring: Lead Support Specialist/Lead Generation
Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for its esteemed client.
Location: PECHS Karachi (On-site)
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM 2:00 AM
Salary: PKR 125000
Working Days: 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and pursue leads to drive conversions and revenue growth
Handle customer escalations feedback and complex support issues
Develop and optimize customer support processes
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business goals
Monitor support KPIs and recommend improvements
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Coordinate and schedule appointments for the Sales team and CEO
Requirements:
Bachelors degree from a reputable university in Karachi
Minimum 1-2 year of experience in customer support (global exposure preferred)
Experience in lead management or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical problem-solving and leadership skills
Experience with customer support tools and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM tools and customer feedback systems
Knowledge of support metrics (CSAT FTR etc.)
