As an IT Support Intern you will be part of our Technology Operations team and gain hands-on experience in supporting users managing devices and contributing to the maintenance of our IT infrastructure and applications.

You will assist with day-to-day technical support device deployments troubleshooting and system management while developing a broad understanding of ICT including devices infrastructure applications and security awareness.

What you will do

• Support users: process support requests provide first-line assistance and guide users in the correct use of devices and applications.
• Install configure and manage user devices: including Windows macOS iOS and Android laptops desktops and mobile devices.
• Install and manage infrastructure: assist with configuration monitoring and management of network and infrastructure components.
• Manage applications: configure maintain and provide advice on applications such as Microsoft Office 365 Zoom and other collaboration tools.
• Contribute to security awareness: support security best practices respond to incidents under supervision and learn about data protection.
• Work with emerging technologies: cloud AI collaboration tools and process automation.

How you can add value to the team

• Troubleshoot issues on Windows and macOS desktops.
• Deploy enterprise laptops usingIntune AutopilotandJamf.
• Provide appropriate IT solutions within budget constraints.
• Improve the quality of IT support through documentation and knowledge base updates.
• Use ITSM tools (Freshservice) to process and track tickets.
• Assist in managing Active Directory and troubleshooting Zoom Rooms.
• Collaborate with Systems Administration and Networking colleagues.

What we expect from you

• Currently enrolled in an ICT-related program at MBO or Bachelor level (enrollment in an educational institution is mandatory).
• Available for612 months at least4 days per week.
• Some experience with installing and configuring enterprise desktops (Windows 10/11 macOS) and common software packages (Antivirus Adobe Office 365).
• Basic knowledge of installing apps on mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with scripting (e.g. Python) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Open and eager to learn about IT infrastructure applications and security.
