We are looking for a Dutch speaker to join our Lisbon hub. Youll be supporting a well-known digital platform helping users solve problems and making their day a bit easier.

What will you actually be doing No scripts that make you sound like a robot. Youll be the human voice behind the screenhandling chats emails and calls to help users navigate their issues. Yes we have KPIs (like CSAT and NPS) but our real goal is a great customer experience.

What do you need to bring

Dutch is a must (C1-C2) plus a good level of English to chat with your colleagues.
Experience: No need!
Flexibility: Our users are active 24/7 so we work on rotating shifts (MonSun).
The spirit of adventure: Youre either already in Portugal or ready to pack your bags and move here.
