Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure all activities align with Boschs internal standards and regional regulations.
- Manage customer receivables and open payables to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Monitor sales KPIs and provide detailed monthly reports to the Regional Business Director.
Marketing and Representation:
- Support the execution of regional marketing plans.
- Represent Bosch at key industry events to promote solutions and enhance visibility.
Qualifications :
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: First degree in an Engineering-related field. An MBA is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the boiler or machinery industry.

- In-depth knowledge of industrial boiler systems particularly steam and hot water applications.
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the industrial sector.
