Assist in the full recruitment process especially for Spanish-speaking candidates.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
Support onboarding training and daily HR operations.
Handle employee inquiries and help resolve HR-related issues.
Communicate effectively across Spanish Arabic and English teams.
Prepare basic HR reports and support internal communication.
Qualifications :
Fluent in Spanish Arabic and English.
Strong computer and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (preferred).
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
