What awaitsyou/Job Profile

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Standup Sprint Review Retrospective) to ensure the team is adhering to Agile practices and continuously improving.

• Coach and mentor the development team on Scrum principles agile methodologies and best practices.

• Manage the backlog prioritize tasks and ensure the team is working on the most valuable items.

• Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the teams progress escalating issues to management when necessary.

• Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment encouraging open communication and teamwork.

• Continuouslymonitorthe teamsvelocityandidentifyareas for improvement adjusting the process as needed.

• Liaise with stakeholders product owners and other cross-functional teams toalign onproject goals and deliverables.

• Provide regular status updates and reports on the teams performance and progress.

• Champion the adoption of agile principles and practices across the organization.

Whatshouldyoubringalong

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

• Minimum of5years of experience as a Scrum Master or agile project management role.

• Thorough understanding of Scrum framework agile methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent communication facilitation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in using Scrum tools and project management software.

• Experience in handlingDevOpsprojectswill be an advantage

Must have technical skill

• Agile ATC Tool chain (Jira Confluence X-ray Test management)

• Delivery Management Risk Management

• Microsoft Projects or any other project management tools

• Effective Communication & Presentation skills

• Analytical Thinking Ability to assess business problems and propose logical solutions.

• Technical Knowledge Understanding ofcoding languages ( etc.) databases(MS SQL PL/SQL PostgreSQL etc.) and software development processes.

• Requirement Gathering & Documentation Expertise in writing clear and concise business requirements.

• Change Management Experience in guiding organizations through transitions.

• Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving Capability toidentifyissues and develop effective solutions.

• Data Interpretation Proficiency in analyzing and visualizing data.

• Project Management Familiarity with Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
