Your new role

As an Intern you support our HR team in driving key people initiatives across the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions stakeholder engagement data-driven decision-making and talent processes.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Assist the HRBP/Head of HR/ HRD in coordinating and implementing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Generate and manage HR reports dashboards and analytics using Excel (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUP charts) for internal stakeholders.
  • Help analyze HR metrics (attrition hiring attendance employee feedback etc.).
  • Support special HR projects such as DEI initiatives process automation competency mapping and policy enhancement.
  • Prepare presentations and provide support for HR meetings and leadership briefings
  • Support the stakeholders by helping document cases follow-ups and communications.

These include:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
  • Proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Curious collaborative and eager to learn business-focused HR strategies.
  • Would be required to operate from Gurgaon Office
