Job Summary
You will:
Work closely with the product manager and designers to build new and key features for Carousell on Android that power the growth and success of buyers and sellers.
Analyze and optimize performance and reliability of the Android app by working closely with your Android teammates.
Write clean modular and functionally correct code with unit tests.
Participate in code reviews to maintain a high-quality code culture.
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Participate in team rituals and contribute to a continuous integration environment.
Document code and procedures.
Qualifications :
Enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in computer science software engineering or a related field.
Basic understanding of iOS development and familiar with Swift programming language.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
