Qualifications :
Your Profile
Languages: Youre fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
Experience: You bring 12 years experience in Sales Operations Business Process Management or a similar analytical or coordination role within SaaS technology or e-mobility sectors.
Skill Set:
- A strong knack for organization and an eye for process improvement.
- Comfort with analyzing data (using Excel CRM dashboards PowerBI etc.) and making strategic recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communicatorclear concise and confident in both writing and speaking.
Personal Traits:
- Analytical detail-oriented and solution-driven.
- Naturally curious proactive and adaptableyou thrive in fast-paced international settings.
- Always eager to learn grow and contribute to collective success.
