We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Manager to join our team - supporting our retail vertical! In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs while ensuring high-quality standards across the organization.
As a Training Manager youll get to:
- Manage stakeholders across a variety of customer bases across verticals by identifying and assessing training needs.
- Work as a Relationship Manager creating and supporting a variety of Training solutions.
- Spearhead project management - execution level through training solutions for a new transition.
- Manage Learning Management systems and employee Training life cycle for new setups and Geo expansions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training methodologies and quality management
- Prepare and present reports on training outcomes & performance to senior management
- Manage capability enhancement curricula and content development learning need assessment e-learning learning program effectiveness evaluation etc.
- Work closely with the Quality Team to define the TNI and TNA with the help of Trainers and plan remediation sessions.
- Design assessments to bridge the Knowledge gaps on a monthly basis for all the programs aligned.
- Ensure that new hire content is in line with Client requirement for the program revamp the training content or advise Client Training team to edit and update the content as needed.
Qualifications :
- 5 years in a Training leadership role within the BPO industry - retail vertical experience will be a major plus!
- Experience managing teams who support Cloud-based applications and on-premises technologies.
- Experience managing new hires trainers SMEs and managing KPIs net throughput and programs meeting top 4 KPIs for the programs as well
- Ability to design assessments to bridge the knowledge gaps on a monthly basis for all the programs aligned.
- Should be well versed with MS Office suite for day-to-day reports and presentation skills to present data and visuals to Training Leader or the clients if need be.
- Subject matter expertise for the respective domains in the areas of upskilling and reskilling
- Bachelors degree in any field education management or technical field will be a plus.
