Job Summary
We are looking for someone interested in being part of building up a new growth area of cyber strategy and operating model integrated into technology transformations.

To support your learning you will be assigned a Talent Manager as your closest leader and go-to sparring partner. Your Talent Manager will help you set the overall direction of your journey in Deloitte and provide guidance across projects to make sure that your individual aspirations and professional development goals are met. As an experienced consultant ready to lead you will:
- Drive and lead end-to-end projects from scoping to full implementation often as a primary client advisor
- Design and deliver solutions aligned with Cyber / Resilience framework
- Facilitate client workshops train stakeholders and guide change management efforts
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of Deloitte consultants clients and solution partners
- Actively contribute to business development including proposal writing client engagement and market positioning
- Help build Deloittes Cyber Strategy & Operating model capabilities in the Nordics and support community-building efforts across the region
Qualifications :
We are looking for a person that is passionate about advisory within Cyber Strategy and Operating Model and who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver sustainable impact that truly matters to our clients. You show an eagerness to make a difference for both clients and colleagues and you can see the opportunities and potential in all types of assignments. As our business can be highly changeable it is important that you are curious by nature and that you face challenges with an open-minded and solution-oriented approach.
We seek a passionate cyber strategy advisor with:
- A relevant masters degree and valid EU work permit
- 8 years experience in cyber strategy operating models risk management regulatory compliance and technology transformation advisory
- Proven leadership skills with a desire to develop talent and shape new services
- Excellent communication skills especially with C-Suite and Board stakeholders
- A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
- Experience in management consulting or large complex organisations
- Fluency in English; Danish language skills or willingness to learn is a plus
