What youre responsible for:
- Enter sales and purchase contracts.
- Reconcile purchase orders with balance tickets.
- Assist sales representatives in researching claims.
- Set prices and approve balance tickets in RECY (computer system).
- Record orders in RECY (computer system).
- Monitor payments made to subcontractors.
- Manage company pricing and enter prices.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Follow up with sales representatives on delays.
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have a DEC in administrative/office technologies or equivalent education.
- You are perfectly bilingual (French/English) and have excellent communication skills.
- You have strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- You have experience in the manufacturing industry (an asset).
- You are rigorous autonomous and resourceful.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset.
- You are organized and able to manage priorities with speed and efficiency.
