At Hope Community Services we support young people across regional WA to make positive changes and live safer more hopeful lives.
In partnership with Youth Justice Services (YJS) we operate a Bail Facility for young people on bail who are unable to stay with a responsible adult. We also coordinate a Community Mentoring Program providing consistent supportive relationships for young people on YJS orders.
Our team is committed to trauma-informed culturally safe and strengths-based practice. We work closely with Aboriginal community-controlled organisations local service providers and regional stakeholders to deliver meaningful support for young people.
About the Role
Were looking for a skilled and compassionate Youth Justice Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our Youth Bail Service and Community Mentoring Program.
In this leadership role youll oversee a small team of dedicated staff work closely with Youth Justice Services and ensure the delivery of safe responsive and effective services for young people. Youll also play a key role in developing strong partnerships across the community and contributing to the wellbeing and development of young people with complex needs.
