- Lead the editorial rhythm identifying stories trends and angles that give buyers clarity confidence and an unbiased view of the property market.
- Write and edit high-quality content across long-form articles consumer explainers landing pages CRM campaign scripts social captions and property news updates.
- Build and manage a rolling content calendar across both brands balancing brand moments seasonal trends and always-on buyer needs.
- Embed SEO and AI Optimisation (AIO) best practice shaping content plans that win organic visibility and AI summaries without sacrificing authenticity.
- Translate broker insights customer questions and market data into clear human content that empowers buyers at every stage of their journey.
- Partner closely with Brand Creative PR Performance Product and Distribution teams to ensure every piece of content ladders up to the broader media house strategy.
- Leverage AI and LLMs to increase output speed and experimentation while maintaining strong editorial quality tone and judgement keeping humans in the loop.
- Maintain a sharp consistent voice across Aussie and Lendi professional but human authoritative but accessible.
- Review and uplift content from offshore writers providing clear briefs guidance and editorial structure.
- Establish strong content governance ensuring pages remain accurate up-to-date and optimised over time.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- 7 years writing editing or producing content in a newsroom publisher property portal in finance or editorial-led environment.
- A strong journalistic or editorial background - you know how to find angles craft narratives and write headlines that land.
- Experienced at integrating organic search insights to create content and copy that ranks and is visible across traditional search and LLMs.
- Experience managing writers or freelancers - you set clear expectations and lift the quality of everything around you.
- Comfort using AI/LLMs to scale production test variations and run faster - without losing human craft.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across brand creative product and distribution teams.
- Strong editorial judgement - you know what buyers care about (and what they dont).
- A calm organised approach to managing multiple content streams with competing deadlines.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in property (buying selling or content) mortgages finance.
- Exposure to CMS platforms
- Comfort briefing and managing small video or social content deliverables.
