• Lead and manage the IT Operations team ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT support services across WA.
• Collaborate with other teams to address complex technical challenges and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to team members when needed
• Implement measures to enhance user experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to minimise system downtime during emergencies.

• 5 years of relevant IT experience in help desk environment
• 1 years experience leading and managing IT helpdesk teams.
• Qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent Intermediate computer hardware and software installation skills
• Knowledge in the distribution and disposal of classified data/documents/devices
• Change management and user adoption Training and designing including e-learning
• Determining customer needs and establishing service solutions and forecasts
• Proven ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fastchanging environment
• ITIL 4 certification preferred
