We are looking for an experienced Senior RPA Developerwith strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate who will not only design and deliver high-impact
automations but also lead and coordinate a small team of RPA Developers ensuring quality scalability and continuous improvement across the organization.
What you will do:
RPA Development & Delivery
- Design build and deploy robust RPA workflows primarily using Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud).
- Translate business requirements into scalable automated solutions.
- Ensure adherence to RPA best practices security standards and design conventions.
- Maintain detailed solution documentation and technical specifications.
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Coordinate and mentor a team of RPA Developers including task distribution code reviews and technical guidance.
- Ensure that development timelines quality standards and operational KPIs are met.
- Provide training coaching and continuous support to junior team members.
Collaboration & Support
- Work with department leads to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing processes.
- Lead root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for production issues.
- Manage change requests as part of a structured change control process.
- Monitor execution of automations and ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
The successful candidate will receive full & professional training in all the above.
What we expect from you:
- Degree from a higher education institution in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Engineering or other related field).
- Proven experience in Microsoft Power Automate (Power Automate Desktop Cloud Flows).
- Solid understanding of RPA concepts solution design and process mapping.
- Experience in leading small technical teams or mentoring junior developers.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with APIs integrations and data manipulation.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong organization and prioritization abilities.
- Passion for automation RPA and AI-driven technologies.
Desirable:
- Experience with additional RPA tools (UiPath Automation Anywhere etc.).
- Knowledge of Web Programming SQL or scripting languages.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or version control (e.g. Git).
