Job Summary

Work Flexibility: Field-based

Were looking for a sales professional to join our Joint Replacement team looking after the South Island. This role is based in Dunedin.

Its a role with a lot of autonomy youll be out on the road most of the time working independently managing your own territory and building strong relationships with hospital teams and surgeons. If youre someone whos naturally self-motivated enjoys a bit of freedom in your day and takes pride in doing things well youll feel right at home.

You dont need to come from the medical world. What matters most is your mindset youre driven accountable and experienced in sales. You know how to plan how to execute and how to get results.

What were looking for:

Proven sales experience youve consistently met or exceeded targets and can talk through how you approach your work
Strategic thinking you enjoy setting a game plan and following through
Clear communicator you can work with internal and external stakeholders to get things done
Comfortable working solo youll spend most of your time out in the field so this suits someone whos independent and resourceful
Ownership mindset youll be supported but youll also be responsible for results in your patch
Prepared and curious we take hiring seriously so youll need to have done your homework on the role and Stryker before applying

What youll be doing:

Managing and growing your territory like its your own business
Supporting surgeons in operating theatres after full training
Building strong relationships with hospital teams
Staying across your stock and product needs
Working closely with your manager and teammates (even if theyre not always close by)
