Position Description:

Due to the secure nature of the programme you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
In this role you will take the lead in developing persuasive compliant and evaluation-focused written responses that help secure major Public Safety contracts. Youll work closely with pursuit solution and operational specialists translating complex technical detail into clear compelling content that reflects client priorities and strengthens our win position. Youll manage storyboarding timelines reviews and stakeholder engagement while shaping bid strategies that drive successful outcomes. Supported by a collaborative community youll have the space to innovate shape content quality and continually refine our proposal library and sales collateral.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead & Innovate: Shape win themes storyboards and bid strategies with Opportunity Pursuit Leads.
Develop & Deliver: Produce high-quality written responses for complex Public Safety bids.
Collaborate & Translate: Work with SMEs to convert detailed information into client-focused narratives.
Coordinate & Manage: Oversee contributions timelines reviews and quality assurance.
Optimise & Comply: Ensure responses maximise evaluation scoring and meet all procurement requirements.
Enhance & Evolve: Maintain and develop Public Safety bid content libraries and sales collateral.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
To succeed in this position you should bring strong bid writing experience excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently in fast-paced multi-stakeholder environments. Youll need a solid understanding of Public Sector procurement frameworks and a track record of producing winning compliant proposals.
Essential qualifications:
Experience writing compelling proposals for Public Sector bids
Strong understanding of Public Sector procurement and evaluation processes
Ability to work effectively with diverse expert teams
Excellent organisation communication and attention to detail
APMP/Shipley or similar accreditation
Familiarity with technology and digital transformation themes
