Qualifications:
- Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid New York (NY) LCSW license. Must have active Medicaid and Medicare.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience.
- Language: Spanish preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard clinical documentation and telehealth platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and empathetic skills. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to patients and families.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations.
