Job Summary
Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for R&D Pharmacists to support formulation development product improvement sample preparation documentation and stability testing. The role contributes to new product registration and manufacturing optimization in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing new pharmaceutical formulations (tablet capsule oral liquid topical).
- Conduct lab experiments product trials and small batch samples.
- Prepare R&D documentation for regulatory submission and product dossiers.
- Perform stability studies and calculate shelf-life forecasting.
- Evaluate raw materials and packaging suitability.
- Support scale-up production and resolve formulation issues.
- Collaborate with QA RA and Production teams during validation and pilot batches.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
- Fresh graduates accepted; 1-2 years experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of GMP formulation excipients dissolution and stability testing.
- Analytical thinking laboratory discipline technical writing problem solving and regulatory understanding.
