Whats the role

As a Director Group Expense Performance & Analytics you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of financial outcomes for the Groups expenses. You will lead performance management analytics and influencing in a banking environment while building a high-performing team with a strong culture and operating rhythm. You will provide ad-hoc analytical support to drive productivity collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely insights and champion a cultural shift towards future-focused data-led decision-making. This includes developing and enhancing financial modelling capability and maintaining a balance across performance commercial value and risk management.

What do I need

  • Extensive banking or financial services experience chartered or CPA qualified
  • Experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams through periods of ambiguity and change
  • Proven data and reporting experience including use and understanding of BI applications data warehousing and web-based reporting
  • Experienced with software project management lifecycle in an agile environment (preferably IBM TM1 Planning Analytics)
  • Proven stakeholder engagement management collaboration challenge and partnering experience at senior levels
  • Proven expertise in working with large data sets and using advanced financial modelling techniques in MS Excel
