About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Managerfor ourExperimentation & Analysis teamto drive strategy and this consultant role you will combine aproduct mindsetwithstronganalytical acumen toinformimpactful customerexperiencesthrough you are highly data-driven results-oriented and passionate aboutleveraginginsights to create tailored customer experienceswedlove to meet you.

What You Will Be Doing

• ExperimentationStrategy:Plan and run experimentation programs (A/B and multivariate tests) tovalidatehypotheses andoptimizecontent offers and targeting. Derive actionable insights from experiment results to drive continuous improvement.

• CustomerExperienceDesign & Analysis:Map and analyze customerexperiencestoidentifyopportunities foroptimization orpersonalization at each touchpoint. Use data and customer feedback to continuously improveuser experienceand engagement.

• Personalization Strategy:Drivethe development and execution of end-to-end personalization strategies across email mobile web and other channels. Leverage customer data to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing analytics and technology teams (both at Concord and the client) to implementand measure the impact of customer ontool capabilities data customer needs and business goals.

• Product Ownership & Delivery:Bring a product management mindset toexperimentation andpersonalization initiatives. Take end-to-end ownership of projects fromconceptand requirements through delivery and ensure they meet defined success metrics. Monitor performance ofexperimentsand report on KPIs using data to inform ongoing strategy adjustments.

• Team Leadership:Provide experimentation thought leadership to clientsmanage a team of high-performing analysts provide experimentation training and guidance throughout the organization and contribute tomarketing efforts promotingourexperimentation and analysisexpertise.

What We Are LookingFor

• Experience:5 years of experience indigitalproduct managementdigital marketingor digital analyticswith a focus onexperimentationpersonalizationand/ recordof deliveringinsights and experimentsthat drive results.
  
• Data-Driven Mindset:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and campaign performance metricsin context to business goals. Experience using data to deriveactionable insightsandinform decision-making.
  
• User ExperienceExperimentation:Experiencedesigning andconducting A/B tests or otherexperiments- from experience design through test development throughresultsinterpretation - andtranslating findings into product or marketing optimizations.
  
• Product Mindset:Ownership-oriented andresults-drivenapproach. Able to set clear goals manage backlogs/priorities and deliver initiatives on time. Comfortable working in an agile environment and adapting to evolving requirements.
  
• Communication & Collaboration:Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and client-facing environments. Able to articulate complex data insights to business stakeholders.
  
• Consulting & Client Partnership: Proven experience working with external clients to understand business needs design tailored solutions and navigate competing priorities. Comfortable ramping up quickly in new industries adapting to unfamiliar problem spaces and delivering high-impact recommendations that drive measurable value for clients.

Additional Information

• Employment type: Long-term full-time role employment.
• Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $115000$150000 annually. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience skills and overall qualifications.
• Location: Prefer candidates located in Kansas City. Occasionally visiting the offices in Minneapolis or Kansas City might be required.
• If remote preferred locations include: Bay Area LA San Diego Minneapolis Richmond Des Moines Dallas or Atlanta for occasional team events or client visits.
• Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
