DescriptionResponsibilities
- Perform all activities in and out of the spare parts inventory at the SPR System
- Record all spare parts inventory in the warehouse
- Receive and record receipt of spare parts stock from receiving Store
- Preparing items for collection/delivery.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of parts to facilitate easy access.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure parts availability.
- Oversee the receiving labeling and storage of spare parts.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure parts are available for repairs and Calibration
- Prepare reports on inventory levels usage and forecasted needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Engineering preferably majoring in Electronics Electrical Mechanical Computer or Software
- Understanding of electronics. Knowledge in photonics and optical transceivers are an advantage.
- With good computer literacy good communication skill and reporting of information and data.
- Willing to work on 12-hours shift work independently and work with support teams as needed.
- Responsible for tooling modification parts maintenance & workshop function.
- Responsible for equipment setup trouble shoot process improvement of the specific technical area.
- Assist engineers & perform any duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
- Derive Continual Improvement.
- Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.
- Compliance to ISO Requirements company rules & regulations applicable codes etc.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
