Job Summary
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for manufacturing and non manufacturing areas depending on work assigned by engineers
- Lead and manage some project layout and execution works on the plant and off plant
Education & Experience
- A diploma in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or its equivalents with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in IE or manufacturing environment (functional skills)
Skills
- Leadership capabilities to manage contractors and engineering/maintenance teams
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. Malaysia or other sites
Working Conditions
- This role is 100% onsite
- May need to travel to a different upon request by engineers
