Job Description (JD)
- Prepare and maintain manufacturing documents work instructions and procedures.

Assist Process Engineers in daily manufacturing operations and NPI support.

Troubleshoot production issues and assist in root cause analysis.

Support continuous improvement activities (yield improvement cycle time reduction).

Support equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and equipment maintenance checks.

Assist in sourcing and requesting POs for tools fixtures equipment.

Support investigation of non-conforming materials.

Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements (JR)
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Mechatronics Manufacturing Electrical & Electronics or related field.

Minimum 1 year experience in production support or NPI context.

Basic mechanical or electrical understanding able to perform simple data analysis.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

Prior experience in high-volume manufacturing electronics/medical device environment is a plus.

Knowledge of Lean/ISO/quality tools is an advantage.
Salary Range: RM2500 - RM3500
