Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Reporting to the Director Human Resources supporting the Shared Health Provincial Operationsincluding greeting visitors handling inquires and redirecting as appropriate. Duties include: Organizing and prioritizing independently the administrative activities for the supervisor and HR team and ensuring that all work is completed within established timeframes. Maintaining a variety of spreadsheets. Typing formatting and proofreading letters procedures etc. from hand written notes or rough draft. Taking initiative to handle matters and solve administrative problems not requiring the direct personal attention of the supervisor(s). Participating as a member of the portfolio in a manner that contributes to teamwork and collaboration.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search) Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
