主要工作职责
在公司政策和要求下负责所辖区域内所有零售药店渠道客户投资计划的落实与执行及相关财务工作内容的规范与管理 负责所辖区域内所有客户的开发维护与管理包括提高市场份额品牌渗透新品分销与成长价值链维护销售渠道归拢市场活动执行销售数据分析市场信息收集与反馈与客户建立和形成长期战略合作伙伴关系 按照辖区客户销售策略制定及贯彻实施本区域的零售客户销售策略包括重点客户的年度协议谈判重点客户的促销活动的制定与执行与重点客户决策层保持良好的沟通人员的培训与管理资源与费用的管理定期业务回顾和计划数据收集与分析 在各省合理制定和实施广阔零售分销策略达成公司管理销售目标并通过对辖区内分销商的管理确保其实现增加市场份额提升对区域广阔零售终端市场的控制力 领导和指导下属员工开发和管理区域内的分销商促使销售主管提高分销商的KPI管理能力如进货出货和库存在合法合规的前提下帮助分销商扩展业务提高其运营水平 与相关职能部门保持密切协调与配合 直线经理安排的其他相关工作 确保所负责辖区内团队及客户的合规经营
任职条件:
- 本科以上学历
- 8年以上的商业零售销售经验外资工作经验优先
- 了解商业零售操作的相关法律和法规
- 优秀的销售和客户管理能力
- 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
- 良好的逻辑思维和市场分析能力
- 良好的团队管理和人员辅导能力
- 良好的英语听说读写能力
- 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
