Whats the role
Youll lead a team of talented Commercial & Agribusiness Bankers who are passionate about helping customers thrive. Your focus Inspiring your team delivering exceptional experiences and making sure every interaction counts. Youll balance strategy with hands-on leadership keeping things compliant while driving growth and building strong relationships. This is a full-time role based in Townsville a dynamic coastal city in North Queensland known for its tropical lifestyle proximity to the Great Barrier Reef and strong regional economy where youll have the freedom to shape your day and make an impact that matters.
