A role inConstructionmeans leading theexecution of the new store remodel supply chain andmerchantinnovation large program rollouts to unique special projects and large-format ground-up construction youll help manage the scope schedule and budget for all Target construction projects including adhering to the project timeline coordinating and overseeing the onsite construction process and all the players and partners aligned with effective communication between vendors general contractors field leadership and project teams.

As a Project Manager you willmanagecross-functional teamsas you refine scopes and develop budgets and schedules and oversee the construction and fixture installation process for assignedprojects tomeet the established goals and objectives. By reviewing and analyzing contractor bids you will make recommendations and approve subcontractor bids conduct contract negotiations review and approve changes to the contract and applications for payments and close out all necessary periodic meetings to monitor the activities and budgets of other departments that affect the projects. You will be responsible for project completion within approved budget which includes obtaining reviewing and maintaining the budget input from other this role ensuring Target quality control standardsare being achievedon each project is key.

About you:

• 4-year degree or equivalent technical degree;degree in Construction ManagementEngineering or Architecture preferred

• 2-6 years experience in project management

• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects with key focus on estimating budgeting and scheduling management.

• Highly self-motivated and committed to the development of high-quality work and productivity.

• Strong written & verbal communicationskills

• Ability to negotiate andresolveconflict.

• Strong organizationaland technologyskills

• Periodic project travel

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
