Job Summary

For Linklaters Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Business Development (Senior) Coordinator role. The exact level of position will be adjusted to the successful candidate individually based on their professional experience and how they present themselves during the recruitment process.

About the Team
Join our global Business Development (BD) team responsible for supporting client development marketing initiatives and growth projects across practices and sectors. Collaborating with colleagues worldwide our team covers bespoke client materials market trends analysis submissions to legal directories campaign coordination credentials management and many more.

You will be responsible for

  • Providing logistical and administrative support across business development projects.

  • Assisting in the preparation of client-facing materials and credentials.

  • Coordinating legal directory and award submissions.

  • Maintaining BD trackers logs and filing systems.

  • Supporting updates for website intranet and internal resources.

  • Helping administer BD tools and technology platforms.

  • Identify and contribute relevant practice insights and thought leadership content to pitches.

Apply if you

  • Have experience in business development or marketing in professional services.

  • Demonstrate strong organisation attention to detail and time management.

  • Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.

  • Are comfortable using MS Office.

  • Familiarity or willingness to learn MarTech tools (e.g. Salesforce) and Canva.

  • Work collaboratively take ownership and are keen to develop in BD.

Location

  • Warsaw (hybrid model with two days per week in the office)
