DescriptionAdvantage FSEis seeking a detail-oriented organized and proactive HR Officer to join our People & Culture this role you will play a central part in our recruitment efforts while also handling a variety of administrative and HR operational tasks. You will support end-to-end hiring processesespecially for IT rolesmaintain accurate HR records assist with onboarding and ensure smooth daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles with a strong focus on IT positions.
- Prepare and post job advertisements source candidates screen CVs and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in drafting employment contracts offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support the payroll preparation process.
- File and manage confidential personnel documents both digitally and physically.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and requests.
- Coordinate and arrange travel and accommodation when needed.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and employee engagement activities.
RequirementsWhat do your qualifications look like
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator with hands-on involvement in recruitment (25 years preferred).
- Experience in recruiting IT roles or working with technical hiring teams is required.
- Knowledge of HR functions labor laws and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS/HR software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
- Strong organizational time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
