Job Summary
The Health Care Administration Program is seeking highly qualified Faculty Members specializing in Health Care Management with a strong academic background in teaching research and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidates will be committed to teaching excellence scholarly research community engagement and academic advising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver highquality lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Conduct and publish research in wellreputed peerreviewed journals.
- Engage in community and social engagement initiatives.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
- Effectively manage administrative duties as required by the program.
- Participate in programwide and institutionwide activities.
- Perform additional academic responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Program.
Requirements
Education:
- PhD in Health Care Administration from a reputable university.
- Certified training in the specialization is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Extensive teaching experience in both postgraduate and undergraduate programs.
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Minimum of one international peerreviewed publication in Healthcare Administration.
- Strong research and teaching background including Research & Teaching Statements.
- Ability to provide 3 to 5 professional references (Name Job Title Phone Number).
