Job Summary

Job Objective:

To conduct efficient and effective general Facility maintenance activities of the companys facilities including petrol stations Operation plants (mainly Fire Alarm/ protection HVAC General civil MEP Elevators Smoke Ventilation system Pressurization system EAS sliding doors and Road Barriers) by coordinating the efforts of facilities maintenance team.
To ensure that all maintenance activities troubleshooting on failures/ abnormal operation all facility maintenance equipment and provide resolution for any maintenance related actions.
Monitoring the performance of relevant maintenance contractors providing technical support and training to subordinates and maintain appropriate records as per standards and requirements and are carried out promptly safely and cost effectively.

Key Accountabilities:

Maintenance complaint resolution contractor selection and evaluation contract management and service level agreements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical Electrical or relevant)

Minimum Experience:

35 years of postqualification relevant experience with at least 2 years in an Oil & Gas industry.
