Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.

  • Assist in preparing reports and tracking sales performance.

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Highly organized with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team.

  • Strong timemanagement skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
