We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to join our team in Bucharest!

About the job:

The Product Owner will be responsible for the business management of company products and its commercial success effective execution of the product strategy product roadmap ownership. This role requires a deep understanding of the iGaming industry mainly casino but other related sectors as well.

What Youll get to do:

• Work closely with Business Unit CPO on defining long term strategy translating business strategy into a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.

• Own and manage the product roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs market trends and business priorities.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities to improve and offer better products to the market.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and define high level product specifications.

• Transform high level requirements into user stories support the team with any questions they may have.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering design marketing and operations to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

• Manage all aspects of in-life products including customer feedback suggestions and issues.

What were Looking For:

• Proven track record of 3 years working as a Casino Product Manager or Product Owner in the iGaming industry with hands-on experience in sports betting online casino or related domains.

• Deep understanding of the iGaming industry landscape including key players market dynamics emerging trends and regulatory requirements.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify insights and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
